• Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association (1990);
• Professor and instructor in courses, postgraduate courses and master’s degrees in several higher education institutions (since 1992);
• Specialty in Tax Law recognized by the Portuguese Bar Association (2004);
• Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte International (1999 to 2003);
• Partner at Tax Department at Crowe International (2004 to 2009);
• Founding partner of Ramos Pereira e Sampaio e Associados, Law Firm, SP, RL. (since 2009);
• Member of the Portuguese Fiscal Association and the International Fiscal Association;
• Appointed by the Secretary of State for Tax Affairs, to participate in the Subgroup of Indirect Taxation, to prepare a report on the fiscal policy, competitiveness, efficiency and justice of the Portuguese tax system, which was published in October 2009 (2009);
• Publication of scientific articles related to Tax Law.
